Kennedy Recruitment is working on behalf of a client to recruit a Full Time Assistant Manager to join their established Case Management Team. This is a 2 year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension depending on funding.
The successful Assistant Manager will be working with marginalised people with a range of complex and multiple needs, developing and coordinating services. They will also act as a designated lead on, safeguarding children and adults at risk including providing advice and ongoing training to other internal staff.
As part of the management team you will have particular responsibility for leading the Case Management Team providing immediate and ongoing support to clients who are homeless and vulnerably housed, enabling them to make the transition from homelessness to home.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, professional supervision and support, along with being part of a team where your views count and where you can change lives.
